  • Makes 8 Slices

INGREDIENTS

1/2 – 1 fresh pineapple, or 1 canned pineapple

1 cup almond milk

2/3 cup Natvia

1 cup desiccated coconut

1 cup plain flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 170c and grease a cake pan
  2. Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Pur to the cake pan.
  3. Place pineapple slices on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool and serve.
