INGREDIENTS

  • 90 g Sugar free fruit and nut chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Natvia
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 1/4 cup pepita seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond flakes
  • 1/4 coconut flakes or any combination of nuts, seeds and fruit!

90g Sugar free fruit and nut chocolate

1 tbsp Natvia

¼ cup pistachios

¼ cups pepita seeds

¼ cup almond flakes

¼ coconut flakes

Or any combination of nuts, seeds and fruit!

METHOD

  1. Chop up the chocolate and melt over a double boiler by placing a small amount of water in a saucepan and placing a glass bowl top of it, ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Bring to a simmer and allow the chocolate to slowly melt. As it melts, scrape down the sides using a spatula. Add 1 tbsp of Natvia
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, add in your remaining ingredients and coat everything evenly
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a piece of parchment paper on a tray. Place in fridge to set, about 1-2 hours and break up to eat and enjoy!
