Detox has been around for the last decades and it has seen some ups and downs. It was looked at as more of science mumbo jumbo back then but recent awareness on eating healthy and more studies has revived the clean eating trend. Real nutritious food will be the norm in 2017 with restaurants making dishes with local ingredients. If it’s not real food it won’t make the cut, your micro wave heated frozen meat pie is not a proper meal! Sugar and also artificial sweeteners have been shunned as the cause of many healthy problems the past few years.

Comfy? Yes. Looking good? Yes tick! Instead of going with the critics, everyone seems to embrace active wear these days. You can wear them to work, to the gym, to hang out with friends or just to drop the kids at school looking like a fit girl! There are many options on the market ranging from affordable to premium with all sorts of trendy prints and patterns. If these trendy leggings motivate you to pick up your gym membership again, all the power to you! Can you be guilty for having a collection of active wear, we don’t think so!

Natural make up not only make you shine in your true way but it gives your skin some breathing space (literally!) it needs. You can still put on your ladies night make up and hair do, but everyone seems to endorse showing your face naturally.
