3/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp crushed peanuts
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes)
Filling
1 1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup Tahini
3 tsp Natvia
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut spread
3 tbsp almond milk
1/4 Cup crushed peanuts
Top
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/3 cup melted sugar free dark chocolate

There is a difference between Australian and US tablespoon measurements, being 20ml and 15ml respectively. In your recipes, can you please confirm the quantity in ml along the teaspoons and tablespoons so as to minimise any confusion?

In the filling ingredients, it ends with “1/4 crushed peanuts” – 1/4 what of crushed peanuts? OK, by pausing the video (which really moves too fast) I see it is 1/4 cup…
