Healthy Caramel Slice

Ingredients

Base 3/4 cup almonds 1 tbsp crushed peanuts 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes) Filling 1 1/2 cup dates 1/4 cup Tahini 3 tsp Natvia 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tbsp peanut spread 3 tbsp almond milk 1/4 Cup crushed peanuts Top 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1/3 cup melted sugar free dark chocolate

Method

  1. Add almonds to food processor and blend for a few seconds
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until crumbly
  3. Press into a lined tray with your fingers, and put in freezer while you make the filling
  4. Blend all ingredients except peanuts, until smooth
  5. Spread on top of base. Then sprinkle with crushed peanuts
  6. Put back in the freezer
  7. Melt the dark chocolate together with cocoa powder
  8. Put back in the freezer for a few hours
  9. Break and serve.
