Metric | Imperial Measurement Conversions

INGREDIENTS

Porridge:

1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz rolled oats gluten free if needed

1 medium carrot grated

2 tsp ground flaxseed

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

2-3 tsp Natvia

1 tsp ganilla Extract

1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz almond milk or milk of choice

1/2 cup/125ml/4.2 oz water

Optional Protein:

1 each egg whisked OR

2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz protein powder of choice neutral or vanilla
