Low Carb Choc Mint Mousse

Ingredients

375 mls Heavy Whipping Cream (1.5 cups)

35 g Cacao, sifted (1/3 cup)

2 tablespoon Natvia, blitzed

45 g Natvia Mint Dark Chocolate, to serve

Method

  1. Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk on a medium speed until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the blitzed Natvia and cacao, continue to whisk until stiff peaks.
  3. Place the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into your desired glass.
  4. Serve with grated Natvia mint chocolate.
