- 2 tbsp/20g/0.7 oz Chia seeds
- 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz almond coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Natvia Sweetener
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- handful Baby spinach
- Blend all ingredients except chia in a blender. Stir through chia seeds and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Layer with cherries, other fruit, muesli, and coconut yoghurt.
