Mini-Crumble

Small but full of flavour, get around these mini apple and peanut crumble pots. They’re perfect as an after dinner treat!

INGREDIENTS

For the apples –

  • 2 large apples, peeled and sliced

  • 3 tablespoons Natvia natural sweetener

  • Juice of 1 lemon

 

For the crumble topping –

  • 100g rolled oats

  • 50g peanuts

  • 2 tablespoons solid coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 6 tablespoons Natvia natural sweetener

METHOD

  1. First place the apples, Natvia and lemon juice in a pan and cook for 10 minutes until softened.
  2. Meanwhile place the crumble ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times until crumbly and sticks together.
  3. Divide the apples between two ramekin pots then scatter over a generous layer of the crumble. Now serve and enjoy!
