Orange and Cinnamon Tea Cake

Ingredients

80 g butter, melted

90 g Natvia, plus extra (½ cup)

150 g plain flour (1 cup )

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus extra

2 tsp orange zest

0.5 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

125 g orange juice (½ cup)

60 g milk (¼ cup)

1 egg

Slices of orange, for decoration

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk to combine
  4. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir with a metal spoon to combine. Pour into a greased and lined cake tin. Bake for 20 minutes
  5. Remove and stand in the tin. Remove and place on a wire rack
  6. Decorate with slices of fresh orange and sprinkle with extra Natvia and cinnamon
