For the filling:
3 apples, thinly sliced
3 peaches (white or yellow), thinly sliced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup Natvia natural sweetener
2 tsp molasses
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract

Crumble topping:
1/3 cup Natvia natural sweetener
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup almond meal
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
115g butter softened to room temperature
Cream for serving (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease a baking dish.
  2. For the filling, combine sliced apples and peaches in a bowl. Stir through flour, sweetener, molasses, salt and vanilla. Allow to sit while you make the topping.
  3. For the topping, combine sweetener, flour, almond meal, oats, cinnamon and salt. Whisk through butter until mixture appears crumbly, like wet sand. A few lumps is perfectly fine.
  4. Pour filling into baking dish and top with the crumble. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until crumble is golden and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
  5. Serve warm with cream.
