Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar

Combining peanut butter and chocolate into one dessert treat is one of, if not the most, delicious food combination out. We've brought these two universally loved treats into a super delicious sugar-free, easy to eat, Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar. This treat is a perfect lunch box snack and can be stored in the refrigerator throughout the week to enjoy at your convenience.

Serves: 8 - 10

Prep: 10 minutes

Cool: 4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond meal
  • 1 cup natural Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups desiccated Coconut
  • ½ cup Natvia
  • 115g No-Added sugar dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Method

  1. Combine the almond meal, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, Natvia and half the peanut butter in a bowl of a food processor and combine until smooth. Spread into a lined and greased loaf tin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and combine with the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Smooth over the top of the base. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set. Slice into bars
