Combining peanut butter and chocolate into one dessert treat is one of, if not the most, delicious food combination out. We’ve brought these two universally loved treats into a super delicious sugar-free, easy to eat, Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar. This treat is a perfect lunch box snack and can be stored in the refrigerator throughout the week to enjoy at your convenience.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Almond meal
  • 1 cup natural Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups desiccated Coconut
  • ½ cup Natvia
  • 115g Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

METHOD

  1. Combine the almond meal, desiccated coconut, Natvia and half the peanut butter in a bowl of a food processor and combine until smooth. Spread into a lined and greased loaf tin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and combine with the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Smooth over the top of the base. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set. Slice into bars
