In this recipe, Tammy has combined two of everyone’s favourite things – cookies and pizza – to create a large, easy to eat, fun sized chocolate chip pizza cookies! Not just that, but this recipe calls for a good amount of peanut butter ensuring this will be one delicious cookies!

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup smooth peanut butter

¼ cup melted butter

¾ cup Natvia sweetener

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups flour (not self-raising)

¾ cup dark chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well (either by hand or with a food processor or baking mixer).
  2. Line a cooking cake tray with baking paper.
  3. Pour mixture into cake baking tin.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees celcious for approx. 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool and then slice into pizza shape slices.
