Peanut-Butter-and-Tahini-Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 heaped tbs natural peanut butter

2 heaped tbs tahini

2 tbs Natvia

½ cup + 1 tbs wholemeal pastry flour

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, tahini and Natvia until light and creamy
  3. Add the flour and stir to combine with a spatula.
  4. Roll into balls, shape into crescents and place on a lined oven tray.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and stand for 2 minutes before carefully placing on a wire rack to cool.
