INGREDIENTS

100g Oats

100g Pistachios

100g Natvia

50g Dates

20g Goji Berries

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (melted)

2 Tbsp. Flaxseed

2 Tbsp. Water

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C and line a brownie tin with non-stick paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into the brownie tin and spread evenly- pressing down to make it firm.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
  5. Remove and leave to cool completely before cutting.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
