PROTEIN ANZAC BISCUIT

There’s something about Anzac biscuits that always have us going back for more. Packed with protein, these Anzac biscuits are the perfect way to kick start your day!

INGREDIENTS

70g Quick oats

1 x XL egg

15g Whey protein powder

30g Shredded Coconut

80g Apple pure

45g Chick peas

20g Flax meal

Natvia sweetener (measurements dependent on how sweet you’d like your biscuit)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender until well mixed
  3. Prepare a silicone tray for the biscuits. Use just over a tablespoon of mixture per biscuit and shape into a cookie using a fork to press mixture down.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until brown on top and allow to cool
