INGREDIENTS

250g sugar free dark chocolate

3 eggs

1/4 cup Natvia

3 tbsp DuChocolat drinking cocoa

250ml thick cream

METHOD

  1. Place the dark chocolate blocks in heatproof bowl over pan with simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is melted thoroughly. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  2. Mix Natvia with eggs, until the mixture is pale, thick, and double in volume. Fold into the melted chocolate until well combined.
  3. Whip thick cream, but do not over beat, fold into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Dress and serve.
