INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup hazelnut meal
  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • ¾ cup soy /almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1-2 tsp Natvia
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnishing

METHOD

  1. Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to medium low heat. Cook, stirring for 3-5 minutes when it starts to simmer add an extra small amount of milk
  2. Serve with fresh raspberries or blueberries
