INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 1/2 cup Raw Nuts, Macadamia Or Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Natvia
  • 1/4 tablespoon Salt
  • Melted Dark Chocolate For Coating (Optional)

METHOD

  1. In a blender or high powered food processor, combine all ingredients bar the dark chocolate.
  2. Blitz until a smooth paste forms. Using a tablespoon to measure, scoop out mix and roll into ball. You may find that wetting your hands makes this easier.
  3. Place truffles on a plate and place into the freezer for 15-30 minutes to firm. Eat as is, or dip in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with extra salt.
