Sugar free VEGAN BROWNIES

Ingredients

Wet ingredients:

3tbs chia seeds
9 tbs water
50g sugar free dark chocolate, melted
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup room temp soy milk

Dry:

1.5 cup gluten free self raising flour
1/2 cup natvia
1/2 cup cacao
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bi-carb soda
1/4 tsp salt

Chunky bits:

60g sugar free dark choc, chopped
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 handful of almonds

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a small rectangular baking tray with baking paper
  2. Combine chia seeds and water in a small container and let it soak in in a medium bowl combine the melted chocolate, coconut oil and milk 3. In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients
  3. Combine the chia mixture with the other wet ingredients then add to the dry ingredients and gently fold them together with a wooden spoon
  4. Fold in the chunky bits
  5. Press into brownie tray
  6. bake for 20-25 min - Voila!
