START SLOW AND AVOID THE HEAT
Start off slow and get yourself used to the changing weather. Avoid the hottest part of the day, as heat can stress the body even more. When you exercise you take your body to it’s limits and heat may break your body’s ability to regulate it’s temperature. Even athletes pay great importance on this. Don’t be reluctant to begin with 10-20 minutes exercise in your day and increase the intensity or length of your training once your body adjust to the heat.
COMFY CLOTHING AND UV PROTECTION
As we all know your clothing and shoes are the one of the most important thing in your exercise. In the heat? It’s even more crucial. Wear lightweight materials that will allow your skin to breath and comfortable in the heat. Always put on UV protection as the whole point of your exercise is to get you healthy not skin cancer! Choose a water resistant sunscreen so your skin is protected even when you’re sweating lot’s in the hot summer day.
