INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup Natvia
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil, solid
  • 1 tablespoon Water

 

TIPS:

Serve with Greek yoghurt!

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat over to 160C and prepare a baking dish with strawberries covering the bottom.
  2. Mix oats, pistachios, Natvia, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add coconut oil and water, and using your fingers, rub the mixture to create a crumble-like topping.
  3. Pour the topping over the strawberries, adding more oats if you wish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
