Metric | Imperial Measurement Conversions

INGREDIENTS

  • 325 g natural almond butter (or mixed nut butter of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Natvia
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil( optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein protein powder( optional)

325g natural almond butter (or mixed nut butter of choice)

1 tsp vanilla essence

½ tsp cinnamon

pinch sea salt

1 tbsp Natvia

Optional:

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla protein protein powder

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
  2. Spoon into a jar
  3. Enjoy over oats or bircher muesli, on your preferred toast or bread, with cut up apple, or simply spooned straight out of the jar!
