Metric | Imperial Measurement Conversions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plain whey protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 0.75 tablespoon Natvia
  • 0 Strawberries to dip (or your berries of choice)

¼ cup ricotta cheese

1 tbsp plain whey protein powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla essence

¾ tbsp Natvia

Strawberries to dip (or your berries of choice)

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients except berries
  2. Place in fridge for a few hours to thicken
  3. Serve with fresh berries and enjoy!
