VANILLA OVERNIGHT OATS

Metric | Imperial Measurement Conversions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon green banana resistant starch
  • 1/2 cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • 0 Couple drops vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Natvia
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut( optional)
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter( optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds( optional)
  • 2 strawberries sliced( optional)

¼ cup oats

1 tsp green banana resistant starch

½ cup natural Greek yoghurt

Couple drops vanilla essence

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1 tsp Natvia

Optional add ons:

1 tsp shredded coconut

1 tsp almond butter

1 tsp chia seeds

2 strawberries sliced

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except oats so that they are well combined.
  2. Add in oats and mix thoroughly until oats are covered in yoghurt mixture.
  3. Place in fridge overnight.
  4. Top with add-ons in the morning.
  5. Enjoy!
