- Serves: 1
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: 10 minutes
- ½ cup Ice
- 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
- 2-3 tsp Natvia
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse 3-4 times, remove lid and stir. Continue to pulse until it starts to look like granita. Add a few tbs of water if needed
- Scoop into a glass
- Stand for 10 minutes at room temperature – unless it is a warm day – then place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
