INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz  Heavy Cream
  • 1-2 tbsp/14-28g/0.5-1oz  Natvia 

METHOD

  1. Combine the heavy cream and Natvia in a large bowl or mixer. Beat on a high speed with a whisk until stiff.
  2. Place in a bowl or pipe onto your dessert. Reserve in fridge for later. It will keep for 2-3 hours in a bowl and if piped on a dessert for even longer.
