Cheesecakes – they’re one of the most diverse desserts. You can create just about every delicious dessert combination in the confines of that delicious crust and the absolutely, always delicious creamy texture. From chocolate to fruit, from cooking one in the oven to just sticking it in the fridge, there are so many possibilities when it comes to this dish. In fact, did you know ‘cheesecake’ spelled backward is ‘opportunity’? Well not quite, but you get the point.

In this delicious rendition, Sumayya from @proteinphat combines the refreshing flavours of avocado and lime into this refined sugar-free cheesecake, perfect for sharing, ideal for one.
