- Lie on your front with a pillow, bolster, rolled towel, or small weighted ball under your lower belly
- Take a few slow, deep breaths to settle in
- Using gentle pressure, massage in small clockwise circles around your abdomen, exploring areas that feel good
- Spend a few minutes enjoying the rhythm, adjusting pressure or props as needed

- Sit Comfortably: Keep a straight spine and relaxed shoulders.

- Observe: Continue for a few minutes, noticing how your body feels.

3-Minute Reconnect Meditation with Mahan
In this short meditation, Mahan leads you and your children (if you like) to recenter and reconnect at the end of the day.

This meditation is one of those mindful pauses that tie it all together.Take just three minutes to reconnect with your body and mind through this simple, energising meditation. You can even do it with your kids before bed!
Her Advice:
- Posture: Sit comfortably in easy pose or on a chair with your spine straight
- Arms: Stretch your arms out in front, parallel to the ground, fingers wide, palms facing each other.
- Eye Focus: Close your eyes and gently focus on your brow point
- Breath & Mantra: Inhale slowly through the nose while mentally repeating Sat, exhale with Nam.
- To Finish: Inhale deeply, make fists, slowly bring them to your chest with tension, and exhale. Repeat two more times, then relax
