I have been purchasing your products for several years, in particular the fruit spreads, sweetener, both caramel and chocolate sauces. They are staples for me, I really enjoy them.
I have on several occasions lately, and as recent as last week purchased the fruit spread (strawberry) and it tastes peculiar, like it is off, only the expiry date is good until 2025 - the lid was sealed upon opening.
This has happened before with the raspberry spread as well. Knowing they are in date, I have tried my hardest to ignore the unusual flavour and enjoy it, but I just cannot. It is not every jar, as I had a raspberry jar recently and it was fine.
I have had no choice but to toss several jars out due to the inconsistency of flavour and resort to something else on hand.
Sadly from now on, I am nervous about purchasing the fruit spreads as I can't afford to run the risk of it tasting bad, it's hard to source as it is and expensive to just discard.
I have noticed in the past 6months that the jars are towards or on the bottom shelves in the supermarket, the one purchased last week was on the bottom and had dust on the lid. Perhaps not getting turned over as often as with other brands.
Has this been an issue raised and addressed by your company before?

I had a little issue with my strawberry spread I bought in PaknSave NZ. I contacted Natvia and they solved the issue wonderfully. I want to thank Michelle Lawson for her attention. I totally recommend Natvia products and purchase again.

Tastes great, similar to ‘real’ jam. However, very short time until use-by date. Postage very expensive.
