    Quality control is not what it used to be.

    I've been buying the sachets for years due to their convenience when I'm not at home and have noticed a significant drop in quality. Many sachets in every box are not sealed properly and leak their contents before I get to use them. I've emailed Natvia twice to provide this feedback, even offering to send them some "sealed" but empty sachets, and they haven't even bothered replying to me. The weight of each sachet is also quite inconsistent. I've stopped buying the sachets now due to their poor quality.

    The price of the product was fair, free shipping was appreciated, and it arrived promptly. However, the Natia Stevia sticks I received with packaged in July 2022 I accept they were still within the three year Best Buy range, but I would’ve expected fresher product ordering direct from the company.
