I ordered a different product. After weeks of requests for tracking information going unanswered, it took a PayPal review to find out they no longer stock what I ordered, despite being still available on the website. They chose to take my money then ignore me, rather than communicate. After the PayPal review they decided, without consultation, to simply pick a different unrelated product and send that instead. I ordered an energy boosting hot chocolate powder, received bags of artificial sweetener instead. PayPal seeking a full refund now instead. A company to avoid.
