
Double Chocolate Berry Muffins
Intro
If you love the rich, velvety taste of chocolate combined with bursts of juicy berries, these Double Chocolate Berry Muffins are about to become your new favourite treat! Not only are they gluten-free and naturally sweetened with Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, but they also pack a double dose of chocolate—because one just isn’t enough!
Ingredients
- 100g gluten-free flour
- 100g Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 100ml milk of choice
- 80g frozen berries
- 70g no added sugar white or dark chocolate, cut into chunks
Method
- Mix together the flour, Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
- Whisk together the oil, nut butter and milk and pour into the bowl. Mix well.
- Add in the berries and most of the chocolate.
- Spoon between a 6-hole muffin tin lined with muffin cases. Fill each one to the top, then sprinkle extra chocolate chunks on top of each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C until risen and golden. Allow to cool a little and enjoy while still warm or cooled!
