Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp Natvia Brown Sweetener
  2. A pinch of cinnamon
  3. 2 shots of espresso
  4. Ice
  5. 2–3 tbsp blueberry compote (adjust to taste)
  6. Milk of choice

Blueberry Compote (if making from scratch)

  1. 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  2. ½ cup water
  3. 2–3 tbsp Natvia Gut Activation Sweetener (adjust to taste)
  4. 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Recipe Method

  1. Make the blueberry compote (if not pre-made): Combine blueberries, water, and Natvia Gut Activation Sweetener in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the blueberries burst and release their juice. Add lemon juice if desired. Set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the latte: Mix Natvia Brown Sweetener and cinnamon into the freshly brewed espresso.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the blueberry compote, then milk, and finally the espresso mixture on top.
  5. Give it a gentle stir and enjoy!
