Elevate your chocolate break with this gut-friendly, low-sugar Dalgona iced chocolate. Creamy, frothy, and perfectly indulgent, it’s a relaxing treat that’s ready in minutes, ideal for a cozy moment or a refreshing pick-me-up on warmer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Natvia Hot Chocolate powder
  • 1 teaspoon Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 150ml cold milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut spread (for glass garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Recipe Method

Garnish the glass

  1. Take a serving glass.
  2. Drizzle hazelnut spread around the inside edges of the glass.
  3. Place in the fridge for a few minutes to set slightly.

Make the Dalgona topping

4. In a small bowl, combine Natvia Hot Chocolate powder, Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener, and hot water.

5. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk for 2–3 minutes until thick, frothy, and mousse-like.

Prepare the drink

6. Fill the garnished glass with ice cubes.

7. Pour in the cold milk, leaving some space on top for the Dalgona topping.

Assemble & serve

8. Spoon the whipped chocolate mixture on top of the milk.

9. Smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula.

10. Optional: sprinkle a tiny bit of Natvia Hot Chocolate powder or cocoa on top for extra flair.

11. Serve with a straw or stir before drinking for a creamy, relaxing chocolate treat.
