
Date, Ginger, and Chocolate Granola

Ingredients
- 120g oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 3 tablespoons Natvia Gut Activated Sweetener [link to Natvia Gut Activated]
- 70g dates, chopped
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 60g no-added-sugar dark chocolate, chopped
Method
- Mix the oats, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl. Melt the oil, nut butter, and Natvia, then pour in and stir well.
- Spread out into a greased and lined baking tray at 180 °C and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, then give it a good stir. Add the dates, seeds, and chocolate, and mix well.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until golden and the chocolate has melted. Stir again, then allow to cool completely.
- Spoon into a Kilner jar and serve as desired. Enjoy!
