Ingredients

Latte Base

  • 150 ml brewed jasmine tea
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Natvia Gut Activation Sweetener

Matcha Cloud

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 60 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp caramel syrup

Recipe Method

  1. Make the matcha cloud: In a small bowl / glass, whisk the whipping cream, matcha powder, and caramel syrup using an electric whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the latte base: Brew the jasmine tea and stir in the Natvia Gut Activation Sweetener until dissolved. Add the jasmine syrup, milk, and half-and-half. Froth using a handheld frother or steam wand until creamy and slightly foamy.
  3. Assemble: Pour the jasmine latte into a glass, then top with the whipped matcha cloud.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your fragrant, low-sugar latte moment.
