This easy, oven-baked granola recipe uses Natvia Synbiotic Sweetener for a naturally sweet flavour without refined sugar. It’s nourishing, simple, and big on flavour, exactly how breakfast should be.
Ingredients
- 150g oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 4 tablespoons Nativa Synbiotic sweetener
- 1 large pear, diced
- 50g cooked chestnuts, chopped
- 50g dates, chopped
- Serve with thick natural/coconut yogurt
Method
- Mix the oats, cinnamon and ginger in a large bowl.
- Melt the oil and nut butter then mix in the Natvia.
- Pour this into the bowl along with the pear, chestnuts and dates and mix well to combine.
- Spread this mixture onto a lined baking tray in an even layer and bake at 170C for 10 minutes.
- Give it a good stir around and bake for a further 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes then stir again to break up the clumps (but keep some too, they are the best bits!).
- Cool completely then transfer to an airtight jar or container.
