Valentine’s season, but make it everyday-friendly. These Strawberries & Cream Tiramisu Pots by Jelena Fairweather work just as well as an after-school treat or a simple dessert after dinner. Light, creamy, and sweetened with Natvia for a gut-friendly way to enjoy something a little special at home.

To assemble:

  • Sponge fingers (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional topping: pistachios or meringue crumbs

Recipe Method

  1. Whip the cream with vanilla extract and Natvia until light and slightly runny. Avoid over-mixing.
  2. Add strawberries, lemon juice, and Natvia to a small saucepan.
  3. Simmer gently until the berries soften, and the syrup thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  5. Place sponge fingers at the bottom of a serving glass.
  6. Spoon over the strawberry syrup, then top with whipped cream and berries.
  7. Continue layering biscuits, strawberries, and cream until the glass is full.
  8. Top with pistachios or meringue crumbs if desired.
  9. Chill briefly or serve straight away. Enjoy! 🍓
