Ingredients
For the Crepes:
- 1 egg
- 130g milk
- ¾ Tbsp Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 45g flour
Assemble:
- 1 Banana
- Natvia Hazelnut Spread 350g
- Crushed pistachios
Method
- Whisk egg, milk, Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g, vanilla, and add flour. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Pour batter, swirl to coat, and cook 1–2 mins per side.
- Spread Natvia Hazelnut Spread 350g on warm crepes, add banana slices, and roll into a sushi-like shape.
- Top with more spread and crushed pistachios. Serve warm and enjoy!
