INGREDIENTS

300g Natvia

4 Tbsp. Coconut Yoghurt

150g Coconut Oil (melted)

75g Plain Flour

2 Large Pears

100g Dark Chocolate/Chunks

2 Eggs

50g Cacao

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C and prepare a baking dish by popping it to one side.
  2. Beat Natvia and coconut oil in a bowl. Add yoghurt and mix then add flour, eggs and cacao and beat hard.
  3. Pour the mixture into baking dish and spread out evenly. Cut pears in half and nestle them into the mixture.
  4. Scatter your chocolate over the top of the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
