Cakey Chocolate Brownies �

350 g Natvia (2 Cup)

275 g Plain Flour (1 Cup + 1/2 Cup)

150 g Dark Chocolate

200 g Pomegranate Juice (3/4 Cup)

70 g Coconut Oil (1/4 Cup)

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Vanilla


  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C and line a brownie tin with non-stick paper. �
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil over a bowl over a bowl of boiling water until melted. Whisk in sugar and then eggs. �
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour into the brownie tray and make sure it’s spread out evenly. �
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. �
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. �
