Chocolate Pear Pudding

300 g Natvia

4 tablespoon Coconut Yoghurt

150 g Coconut Oil (melted)

75 g Plain Flour

2 Large Pears

100 g Dark Chocolate/Chunks

2 Eggs

150 Cacao


  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C and prepare a baking dish by popping it to one side. �
  2. Beat Natvia and coconut oil in a bowl. Add yoghurt and mix then add flour, eggs and cacao and beat hard. �
  3. Pour the mixture into baking dish and spread out evenly. Cut pears in half and nestle them into the mixture. �
  4. Scatter your chocolate over the top of the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. �
