WHAT IS NATVIA?
Natvia is a Stevia sweetener made from 100% natural sources, and it is a healthier alternative to artificial sweeteners and sugar. We created Natvia because we wanted a healthy, natural way to enjoy a little sweetness in our lives. Using only 100% naturally sourced, GMO-free ingredients, we created a sweetener that tastes great in your baking, cooking, teas and coffee.

WHAT DOES NATVIA STEVIA SWEETENER TASTE LIKE?
Natvia has a pure taste that’s been carefully crafted to ensure every granule has a naturally sweet taste. Importantly Natvia’s taste profile has been specially crafted to complement your coffee. (We conducted over 600 trials with baristas and coffee experts to get the taste just right!). Natvia tastes nothing like artificial sweeteners because it’s made from naturally sourced ingredients, so there are no nasty chemicals and no bitter aftertaste.

WHERE DOES NATVIA COME FROM?
To make The Unique Natvia Blend, we use the freshest tips of organic Stevia plants (known as Reb A). We carefully blend the Stevia with naturally occurring nectar (known as Erythritol), which is found in melons and grapes. Our innovative growing and blending techniques are the secret to Natvia, ensuring that every grain has a sweet, clean natural flavour that simply can’t be achieved by others.

WHAT IS STEVIA?
Stevia is a sweet leafed plant. Its proper name is Stevia Rebaudiana, and it’s part of the Chrysanthemum family. The glycosides in Stevia plant leaves create its incredible sweetness; Stevia is naturally 300 times sweeter than sugar. It’s been part of the human diet for thousands of years, traditionally in grown Paraguay, Brazil, Japan and China.

WHAT IS REB A?
Reb A is the name for the sweetest and purest parts of the Stevia plant. Unlike many other Stevia-based sweeteners, we only use Reb A in the Natvia blend.

WHAT IS ERYTHRITOL?
Erythritol is naturally occurring nectar found in fruits, like melons and grapes. Because Stevia is 300 times sweeter than sugar, we carefully blend Erythritol with our Reb A Stevia to allow you to use Natvia as a spoon for spoon substitute for sugar. CAN NATVIA REPLACE SUGAR IN THE DIET?
Absolutely. Spoon for spoon you can use Natvia in tea, coffee, on fruit and cereal just as you would sugar. It’s a simple change to make because you can say goodbye to artificial sweeteners and still enjoy the sweet taste of sugar, without having to give anything up.

CAN I BAKE AND COOK WITH NATVIA?
Yes! Absolutely. Although Natvia Stevia sweetener can be used as a spoon for spoon substitute for sugar in most cases, it does behave differently when it comes to baking. It doesn’t caramelise as sugar does and it’s finer texture means that quantities sometimes have to be adjusted.

MALTITOL & MALTODEXTRIN IN HAZELNUT SPREAD
A 15g serve of Natvia Hazelnut Spread has the following: 5.3g of Maltitol & 2.6g of Maltodextrin. The FDA has categorised Maltitol as safe, however some people may experience laxative effects when ingested at levels above 100g per day, our Hazelnut Spread is well under this amount. Maltodextrin is an easy-to-digest carbohydrate and can provide energy rapidly. It is an FDA approved ingredient and recommended intake is 10g per day. Our recommended serving size is under than this amount.

SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We provide free shipping throughout Australia for orders $100 and above. For all orders under this amount and outside of Australia, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel plus your shipping location.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL?

All orders placed before 11am AEST will be ready for same day dispatch. Please allow one working day for first scan. For all orders placed after 11am, dispatch will be organised for the following day.

Shipping within Australia takes 3-5 business days after the order has been dispatched. For all international orders allow 10 business days. If your order has not been received within these timeframes, please contact [email protected].

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment notification email that will contain a tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Natvia has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact [email protected] explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us. This should be done within 60 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
