Matcha Vanilla & Cardamom Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Oat flour
  • 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz Buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 1/3 cup/80g/2.8 oz organic Apple puree sugar free if desired
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom
  • 1/2 cup/120ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Natvia Sweetener 
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium heat in coconut oil.
  3. Top with fresh fruit and rice malt syrup or sugar free syrup
