Get in the kitchen and whip up these deliciously chocolatey 5 Ingredients Raspberry Cups. Combining beautiful raspberries, buttery macadamias and  our favourite sugar-free dark chocolate, these Raspberry Cups are the perfect lazy day treat.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup Macadamias

2 tablespoons coconut cream

2 tbs Natvia

½ cup frozen raspberries

250g sugar-free Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped

METHOD

  1. Combine macadamias, coconut cream, Natvia and raspberries in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate in a heat safe bowl over a pot of simmering water. Dollop teaspoonful’s of the chocolate into a small silicone ice block tray or mould. Firmly bang on the bench to remove air bubbles and smooth the chocolate.
  3. Dollop 1 tablespoon of the macadamia mixture into each chocolate and top with a few raspberries.
  4. Pour over remaining chocolate to cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. Remove from the refrigerator and set at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Or keep in the freezer for a yummy frozen treat.
