250 g banana, mashed
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup almond milk
Caramel Centre:
2 cups dates, seeds removed
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup natural peanut butter, melted
2 tbsp unsweeteneed almond milk
1/4 tsp salt
To top, oats
