Double Chocolate Strawberry Cake



  • 150g gluten-free flour
  • 90g Natvia Synbiotic natural sweetener
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed and chia seed mix
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50g no added sugar dark chocolate, chopped
  • 50g fresh strawberries, halved 

Make it!

  1. Mix together the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder and flax mix in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together the milk, oil and vanilla then pour into the bowl and mix well.
  3. Spoon into a greased and lined 20cm cake tin (loose bottomed is best) then scatter over the chocolate and strawberries.
  4. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes until firm, then leave to cool. Pop out of the tin, cut into 6 then enjoy.
