Double Chocolate Strawberry Cake

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE
Ingredients:
- 150g gluten-free flour
- 90g Natvia Synbiotic natural sweetener
- 40g cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed and chia seed mix
- 200ml oat milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g no added sugar dark chocolate, chopped
- 50g fresh strawberries, halved
Make it!
- Mix together the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder and flax mix in a bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, oil and vanilla then pour into the bowl and mix well.
- Spoon into a greased and lined 20cm cake tin (loose bottomed is best) then scatter over the chocolate and strawberries.
- Bake at 180C for 30 minutes until firm, then leave to cool. Pop out of the tin, cut into 6 then enjoy.
