Ingredients: 

  • 225 heavy whipping cream
  • 225g mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 60g Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of Coffee Liquor
  • 450ml espresso
  • 1 pack lady fingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Recipe

1. Whip the cream, Natvia, and vanilla until soft peaks form.

2. Add mascarpone and liqueur (if using), then beat until thick and fluffy.

3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into espresso, just a fast dunk to keep them from getting soggy.

4. Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits in a dish (about 7–9 per layer).

5. Spread half the cream mixture over the biscuits. Repeat with another biscuit layer + remaining cream.

6. Finish with a generous dusting of cocoa powder.

7. Chill for 2–4 hours… or overnight for max deliciousness.
